SUMMARY NOTICE OF AMENDED CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT

Claim forms to be postmarked by September 13, 2007

ALL PERSONS WHO PURCHASED OR ACQUIRED LIFETIME FRONT SIGHT MANAGEMENT INCORPORATED, dba FRONT SIGHT FIREARMS TRAINING INSTITUTE (“FRONT SIGHT”) MEMBERSHIPS, DURING THE PERIOD BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1997 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2003, INCLUSIVE

If you purchased or acquired a lifetime Front Sight membership during this period your rights may be affected by a proposed settlement of class action case number C-05-04532, currently pending before the Honorable James Ware, in the United States Courthouse for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division, located at 280 South First Street, Courtroom 8, San Jose, California 95113. A hearing will be held before Judge Ware on ) October 15, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., for the purpose of determining: (1) whether the terms of the $8,050,000 settlement should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable and adequate; (2) whether the application of Class Counsel for the payment of attorneys’ fees and reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with this Litigation should be approved; and (3) whether the application for Incentive Bonuses by Lead Plaintiffs should be approved.

If you have not received a detailed Notice of Pendency and Proposed Settlement of Class Action and a Proof of Claim and Release, you can obtain copies on this web site (www.frontsightlitigation.com) or by writing to In re Front Sight Litigation, Claims Administrator, GILARDI & CO LLC, P.O. Box 1110, Corte Madera, California 94976-1110. If you are a Settlement Class Member, in order to share in the distribution of the Net Settlement Fund, you must submit a Proof of Claim and Release postmarked no later than September 13, 2007, establishing that you are entitled to recovery. If you do not timely file a valid claim you will not receive any of the Settlement Fund and you will not be bound by any of the terms the Settlement.

If you timely file a valid claim requesting inclusion in the Settlement Class, youwill be bound by any judgment entered in the litigation pursuant to the Stipulation of Settlement. If you timely file a valid claim and are included in the Settlement Class, you have the right to file an objection to the settlement. Such objection must be mailed or delivered such that it is received by the Court and each of the following by September 21, 2007.
